Tasting from 09.07.2021: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Golden Delicious apple with a hint of lime zest, delicate meadow herbs, nuances of orange peel. Full-bodied, ripe apricot fruit, full of finesse with dark minerality, salty finish, remains persistent, already gluggable, a versatile food wine.
