Slightly reductive, warm smoke, attractive aroma. Yellow apple, Meyer lemon, honeydew melon, pineapple, fennel, chalk. Yellow fruit on the palate, also citrus. Dense extract, very creamy yet animating, terrific acidity, salty minerality on the long finish.
