Tasting Notes
Complex and cool at first smell. A hint of clove, fine cherry, hibiscus and also young raspberry. A creamy herbaceousness, black cherry and some cedar follow on the palate. Good tannin, plenty of structure and ideally balanced acidity accompany the long finish. A wine with great ageing potential.
