The red wine »1G« Bürgstadt Berg Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Rudolf Fürst has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Franconia in Germany.
So precise from the first aromas on the nose, with cool and yet ripe fruit: young sweet cherry, currant and a touch of forest fruit. On the palate it feels rather gentle yet still concentrated with good acidity and fine tannins. A touch of minerality leads into a lasting finish.
