Only 11.0% by volume! Initially very yeasty when poured and also slightly oxidative (apple). On the palate it shows with a silky mouthfeel, accompanied by slowly rolling acidity and a hint of greenness. Very good phenolics. After four days from the opened bottle, terroir-peppery on the nose, herbal spicy, very mineral, juicy-spicy, straight ahead like a laser beam.
