Aromas of apple, apple peel, herbs, notes of spontaneous fermentation, some hay, also yellow fruit, nectarine, yellow plum. On the palate, still characterised by grippy phenolics. Natural, unaffected, with mineral definition and structural density, it is long, young and has lots of ageing potential.
