Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of apple, apple peel, herbs, notes of spontaneous fermentation and some hay. Also fruity: nectarine, yellow plum. Still characterised by grippy phenolics on the palate, it is natural and unaffected with mineral definition. Quite long and young, it has lots of ageing potential.
