Cloudy, light orange with golden reflections. Restrained nose with Boskoop apple, white flowers, salted lemon, bitter orange, peeled almonds, bread dough and honeysuckle. Very supple, no rusticity whatsoever. Dry, with a fine creaminess and gentle tannin pressure. Finely polished mouthfeel, dill, apple and pear on the palate. Vinified spotlessly, a great food companion.
