The white wine »RéservE« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Rüdlin has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
The nose shows some very ripe fruit, honeydew melon, a hint of wood savouriness and some ester. Floral notes are also vivid. The soft, round attack on the palate leads into a delicately phenolics body accompanied by ripe acidity. A good accompaniment to food.
