The red wine Pannoterra, vintage 2009 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2011 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a subtle leg. Delicate roasted aromas, subtle hints of caramel, dark berry jam, and a hint of fine chocolate. Juicy, elegant texture, a sweet, extract-rich core, well-integrated tannins, a mineral finish, and a hint of nougat in the aftertaste; already very drinkable.
