The red wine Pannoterra, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Burgenland in Austria.
Opaque ruby core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Ripe cherry fruit, delicate herbal notes, hints of cassis, tobacco and some liquorice notes. Juicy, elegant, finely structured with powerful, velvety tannins and concentrated blackberry fruit, with nutty notes on the finish. Good with food.
