Intense aroma of ripe mirabelle plums and apricots, also pear and orange peel, fine savouriness, yellow flowers, honeycomb. Full-bodied on the palate, juicy, ripe acidity, textured with a fruity core, medium-bodied, slightly tart pear. Has the gastronomic license.
