Clear yellow. On the nose some brioche and almond, lemon zest, candied orange peel and mint. Fine bubbles on the palate, lively acidity, some lemon and lemon balm. The sweetness is slightly noticeable, medium structure and length. Ideal as an aperitif, fun.
