The red wine »Cuvée Mariage« Laubenheim Krone trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Sascha Montigny has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Dunkelfelder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Dark chocolate, elderberry, crème de cassis. On the palate there is taut tannin, quite dry and underlying juiciness. Above all a construction designed for storability, powerful alcohol but covered by extract with vibrant fruit on the finish.
