Tasting Notes
Reductive nose, yeast, closed, after aeration something exotic with pineapple and papaya. A beautiful interplay of sweetness and acidity on the palate, ripe white fruit, apricot and vineyard peach, slightly phenolic. Beautiful structure, still needs some time.
