Tasting Notes
Fermentation aromas and struck match on the nose. Tight acidity, almost crisp, high intensity in the middle of the palate, soft background, still very closed, but intensely tactile and mineral. Immense density.
More about the tastingOn the nose matchstick as well as closed savouriness and citrusy Riesling aromas. Energy and tension on the palate with a lot of extract, suppleness and acidity, lime fruit, but also ripe, viscous, mineral and dense. Long finish. Still woody, but with a great future.
