The white wine »Goldkapsel« Bockenau Felseneck Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Schäfer-Fröhlich has been rated in 2019 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
With air contact the aromas open up to deliver tomato leaf, mint, some smoky notes and lime zest. On the palate, it has very dense phenolics, is mouth-filling, compact with great balance between acidity and sweetness. It has an excellent structure and length, and will age well.
