Tasting Notes
Tasted as a tank sample. Aroma characterized by spontaneous fermentation, yeasty and burnt. Very pithy on the palate, juicy acidity, crisp, fresh, still one-dimensional in its youthful state, but intense, steely, with undoubted potential. Hazelnut aromas in the empty glass.
