The white wine »Fumé« Kirchheim Römerstrasse Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Schenk-Siebert has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Ripe yellow fruit such as pear and gooseberry and savoury notes from barrel ageing, also vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe, well-integrated acidity, vinified for longevity, good length with a savoury accompaniment.
