Tasting Notes
A powerful nose with notes of baked apple, roasted almonds, ripe papaya and vanilla. The palate is juicy, full-bodied and supple with good, slightly sweetish extract and a slightly peppery touch. Well-integrated tannins provide the back bone. It's still young, but with good ageing potential.
More about the tastingStrong new wood and white flowers on the nose. Wide and soft on the palate with a powerful body and mild acidity typical for the vintage. A lot of texture in the background, a hint of sweetness gives the very last polish, with wood echoes with toasty notes.
