The red wine »Cuvée J« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Scherner-Kleinhanß has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Spätburgunder, Cabernet Mitos from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The wine immediately impresses with a pronounced aroma reminiscent of blackberry and cherry fruit, along with notes of undergrowth, dark tobacco, roasted porcini mushrooms and dried herbs. All very complex with still young tannin. Very long in the finish.
