Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. A bit reserved at first, with aeration ripe cherries, blackberry confit, orange zest, fine slate spiciness, an attractive bouquet. Complex, tightly meshed, very precise, fine sweet fruit, good freshness, and salty minerality on the finish. It is a taut racy food wine with very good ageing potential.
