Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.07.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A fresh, lively aroma: Granny Smith apples, some flint, peach, wax. The palate is light-footed and elegant, the lively acidity is parried by the sweetness only just enough to create a little extra body, the wine is not saturating and finishes fresh and compact, with good length.
