Aromas of dried fruit, dried apricot, very fine botrytis, candied pineapple, orange blossom, honey spice, backed by slate minerality. On the palate there is a lot of viscosity and drive, lively acidity, flowing sweetness (buffered by immense extract), gripping, very dense and concentrated, long, spicy finish, great.
