Tasting Notes
Spicy on the nose, woody notes and cherry, some beet and dill, blueberry is added. Supple and with fine juice on the palate, powerful structure with sweetish extract and finely balanced acidity, the tannins are sensitively extracted, mineral base, medium complexity, very harmonious.
More about the tastingCherry and meadow herbs, dill and a wood that is somewhat animal-coloured. In the mouth with a creamy attack, lively acidity and a strong, slightly drying tannic impression. Lots of juiciness and a fine, nuanced Pinot fruit on the finish.
