Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold with greenish reflections. More stone than fruit on the nose. Clear. A hint of raisin. Powerful in the mouth, comparatively long fermentation, sweetness and acidity both remain quite restrained, is the wine in a deep sleep? Extract is there, but the contour is not very tangible at the moment.
