Disgorged 05/24, pale orange in colour. Aromas of apple peel tea and rose hip confit. Juicy, hearty and straightforward on the palate, with a dynamic mousse and a layer of texture, the finish is characterized by savoury, mature, Pinot notes. A stylish sparkling wine.
