Disgorged 5/24. The multi-layered nose alternates between fresh fruit and ripe spice: tangerine and grated apple, straw flowers, hazelnut and sesame. On the palate, the wine has a purist feel: bone-dry but not harsh, with straight-as-an-arrow acidity and a fine yet persistent mousse.
