Rarely practiced grape variety mix with Grüner Sylvaner, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc and Huxelrebe, which alternates aromatically between bouquet, fruit and yeast. Juicy on the palate with spice and fruity notes of apple and redcurrant, enjoyable and light-hearted.
