Restrained aroma for a Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry, red apple, some caraway, also savoury. Strongly built on the palate with good substance, but also an agile acidity typical of the vintage. Some salted lemon, dry in appearance, does not rely on superficial effects. A serious wine that shows its origins.
