Pale yellow with golden reflections and slight hints of green. The aroma is citrusy alongside yeasty notes, the palate shows a surprisingly mineral side, some fermentation carbonic acid and a pinch of phenolics create tension, along with a gripping acidity and an intense tactile mineral component. An exciting, very individual wine.
