Tasting from 03.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A bouquet of blackberry, cherry, and also elderberry, ink, smoke, and savoury wood tones, as well as a touch of red berries. On the palate, it shows traction, savouriness and also freshness with a perceptible acidity in a well-structured and tightly sustained structure, the tannins are grippy. Natural and unadorned!
