The white wine »Von den Terrassen« Riesling, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Sermann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Ahr in Germany.
Vinified from the "youngest", but nearly 35-year-old vines in the Altenahr. Mineral aromas, citrus, rosemary blossoms. On the palate, pronounced citrus, lively acidity, wonderful tension, a tactile minerality, very highly concentrated, a chalky texture on the finish, lovely depth. Great freshness and complexity, a hint of sweetness.
