Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine chocolate notes, a hint of spices, ripe plum, liquorice and dark berry confit. Juicy, good complexity, fruity-sweet, subtle cassis notes, supporting tannin, fruity-sweet finish, a good food companion.
