Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Blueberry, yeast, smoky terroir notes. Full of tension on the palate, slight astringency due to youthful substance and a little bit of fermentation carbonic acid, pronounced in fruit mid-palate, clean, crisp finish - will attain a rounded fullness after one or two years of bottle ageing.
