Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

In the fragrance: rose, lavender bouquet, dried orange peel. Also some candy sugar. On the palate, despite its comparatively rich sweetness, the wine is almost gluggable, juiciness and acidity dominate, fine grapey, not overly perfumed flavours characterise the finish.
