Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Berry and intense aroma, sweet wild raspberry, black cherry, elderberry, blackberry pulp, dark cherry, peppery, savoury, some ink. Full-bodied on the palate with substance and fine acidity, accompanied by a little carbonic acid that still invigorates, well-integrated and distinctive tannins, medium length, blackberry finish and beautiful tannins.
