Tasting Notes
Very fresh, inviting aroma with a mixture of vegetable and exotic Sauvignon Blanc style: yellow pepper, gooseberry and asparagus, but also grapefruit and papaya. Also fresh on the palate, with invigorating acidity and a fine grip that provides structure.
More about the tastingRipe, mostly tropical fruit on the nose, primarily passion fruit, peach, ripe lemon, sweet flowers, but also hints of green in the background. These are even more pronounced on the palate and deliver a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc typicity, with a creamy acidity rounding off the overall picture.
