Tasting from 27.11.2017

Strong spontaneous fermentation notes, leeky-herbal. After intensive aeration, a scent of orange jam. Very soft and silky on the palate, buttery and almost disembodied, intense palate fruit, "take 2" sweetness, mild acidity, creamy finish.
