Tasting Notes
Fresh sour cherry, blueberry and some subtle wood notes - there's a beautiful clarity to the nose. Linear structure on the palate, with medium-grained tannins in hefty quantities and a ripe acidity in support meaning density and juiciness harmonise well. It's youthful and compact, with a quite clear mineral character in the background. A Pinot rich in content and with certain ageing potential.
