Fruity aromas of peach, apricot, pear, yellow apple, kumquat and mandarin zest, with hay, fresh bay leaf, sage and a fine chalky-mineral savouriness. Also on the palate, juicy fruit, finely savoury minerality and fresh acidity. Slender and with an elegant, linear flow, it is emphatically dry with distinctive tartness in the finish. Animating, I would like a second glass.
