The white wine »Edition S« Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Stefan Fischer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Subtle golden yellow in colour with ripe grapes, apricot, peach and passion fruit, also pineapple and a hint of petrol. Rich and full-bodied on the palate in the style of a classic Spätlese with ripe acidity, creaminess and spice, also citrusy, ending with grapefruit notes.
