The white wine Blanc de Noir trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Stefan Fischer has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Lemon yellow in colour. Initially very youthful on the nose. Aromas of violets, apricot, yellow peach, rosehip butter and meadow herbs follow. Good juiciness on the palate with light phenolic notes. The medium-bodied finish is also persistent and playful. A wine for immediate enjoyment.
