Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine pear fruit with a touch of caramel and herbal savouriness, delicate notes of baked apple, a hint of orange zest. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple fruit, subtle acid structure, some nougat on the finish, a finely savoury, well-ripened food companion.
