Light golden in colour. A savoury spontaneous fermentation nose, Ajax, balsamic notes, allspice and pepper, iodine undertones. On the palate it shows with mellow phenolics, a broad body, ripe acidity, good density, individual and idiosyncratic, but in a cultivated style, yeasty-savoury aromas.
