Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Inviting aroma of mango underlaid with some blossom honey, a hint of yellow stone fruit, orange zest. Juicy, good acid structure, tightly meshed, elegant yellow apple fruit on the finish, lingers for a long time, mineral-salty aftertaste, an individual food companion.
