Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Distinctive savoury nose with floral notes, some tomato panicle, mint, lime zest, grapefruit, green apple, also some pear. Juicy and also nicely savoury on the palate, a dash of lime juice provides momentum, slender structure, stable acid vein, fine fruit sweetness provides suppleness; pure fruit notes of apple again in the mouth. Well-balanced Cabernet Blanc with natural charm.
