Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green in colour. On the nose, fine tropical fruit nuances are underpinned with a little blossom honey, delicate herbal spice, an inviting scent of mango and peach and a dark minerality. The juicy, elegant palate shows good complexity with great acidity and a saline minerality on the lingering finish with an aftertaste of papaya. Great ageing potential, this is a very good food wine, great proof of how well Chardonnay can develop from a top Austrian terroir.
