Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow in colour with subtle silver reflections. On the nose aromas of yellow tropical fruit underlaid by fine herbs and grapefruit nuances, hints of Cape gooseberry, tangerine, sea buckthorn and floral nuances. The palate is complex and very juicy, with structured, fine acidity, fine yellow fruit notes and delicate peach fruit on the lingering finish. Drinking well now, has further ageing potential.
