Pale yellow-green. Rather restrained, delicate notes of fresh pear, mineral touch, fine herbal spice. Medium complexity, delicate hints of green apple, subtle acidity, fine fruit sweetness, vegetal notes on the finish, offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
